Tip #1 – Clear Uninstalled Apps
If you have more that one Amazon Fire TV devices, soon you’ll see a bunch of uninstalled apps in your app list. Though you have uninstalled them and you do not have any intention of using them, Amazon Fire TV somehow displays them in your app list. It’s annoying, and there’s a way to clear it up.
Go to Settings -> Applications -> App Store.
There you’ll see an option called Hide Cloud Apps. Just Enable it and you are done!
Tip #2 – Disable Auto-play

One of such annoying things on Amazon Fire TV is the auto-play of the videos on the feature carousel whenever we are on Fire Stick Homescreen.
If you see no point in those videos auto-playing, you can disable it.
Navigate to Settings -> Preferences -> Featured Content.
Disable the Allow Video Autoplay.
Tip #3 – Delete Voice Recordings.
Well, this tip is not just related to clearing the clutter but also the privacy. If you give serious importance to privacy, then you must know that you Amazon Fire TV stores the all the voice search recordings.
Though Amazon saves your voice search queries to understand your speech better, there are chances that it diminishes your experience using the voice search features.
Follow these instructions to erase your voice recordings from the History.
1. Go to Manage your Content and Devices Page.
2. Tap on your device.
3. You’ll see an option called Manage Video Recordings.
4. Click on the Delete button.
5. If you do not want to delete all of them, you can delete them one by one.
6. Open the Amazon Alexa app on mobile.
7. Go to Settings -> History.
8. Tap on any entry and the Delete button appears at the bottom.
